I used a promo code and saved a little on some baking bits. Delivery was fine too. i only have myself to blame for adding extra things to the basket once I saw the discount.

I’ve dealt with a few services like this before, and this one was a lot smoother. They helped me out quickly and were really nice the whole time.

The personalisation options were nice enough, just not a huge amount to choose from. It worked, but I was expecting maybe a bit more...

I ordered a few cake bits from Cake Craft Company the delivery was quicker than I expected. It arrived in just a couple of days, which was great, really great, as I needed the items fairly soon. Everything was packed properly, with no damage and nothing missing. The only small thing was that the dispatch email came through a bit late, but the parcel still turned up fast, so it wasn’t a big issue. I’d use them again for sure. 4 stars from me.

Not gonna lie though, I do wish the rewards were easier to understand or showed up more clearly, because why does it have to feel like I’m decoding a mystery just to see what I earned? Still, overall I’m happy with it.

They had Loads in stock, and it made such a difference being able to actually see the sizes and colours in person instead of trying to guess from pictures online. I ended up feeling way more confident about what I was buying.

The prices seemed fair, checkout was quick, and everyone was friendly. My cake definitely still wasn't perfect, but the decorations looked really nice, so I'll Happily go back next time.

I returned an item and got my refund quickly, which was a nice surprise. There was no hassle or need to chase anyone down. the return probably could’ve been preventable if the item had been a better fit upfront, but at least the process was smooth.

The ingredients were listed really clearly... which made it easy for me to avoid nuts while picking out a cake for my kid. Definitely appreciated that.
